LCS is located in Maroubra, in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs, just minutes from Coogee and Maroubra beaches and about 30 minutes from Sydney’s city centre.
While real estate agencies can provide estimated costs and accurate information on their portal, we recommend exploring various online portals to gain a comprehensive understanding of current market rates.
Rental payments are generally weekly, and real estate agencies typically require two weeks' rent in advance, along with a deposit or bond equivalent to one month’s rent.
The deposit for furnished accommodation amounts to 6 weeks’ rent. LCS can provide a reference required by the estate agency.
